YOUTUBE SUSPENDS NTV’S CHANEL FOR VIOLATING SET POLICIES.

Google’s video streaming service YouTube has paralyzed one of Kenya’s leading media house NTV Kenya YouTube’s channel after they severally violated the services’ set policies. This has dealt the station a major blow as millions of their views have now been stripped the privilege of following their programs on YouTube. These include popular shows like Larry Madowo’s The Trend, News and other video content shared on the platform.

Anyone trying to access NTV Kenya’s YouTube account is met with a glaring warning in white over red background that the station’s channel has been suspended because the user has violated copyright laws repeatedly. ’’NTV Kenya has been terminated because we received multiple third party claims of copyright infringement regarding material the user posted’’ Read the warning.

Apparently NTV has been using other people’s videos without their consent and monetizing them, locking out the real owner from benefiting from the same.
